How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing, shipping option or shipping address. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order if possible. The best way to change or cancel an order is to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
I haven't received any order confirmation, is everything okay?
Once your order is completed you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received any in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you can't find it, send us an email to email@example.com and we'll send you a copy.
Can I include a note with my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Shop Pay and Paypal.
I’ve placed my order. Now what?
Shipping to US
Standard shipping: within 2 to 5 business days depending on the city of destination via USPA.
Express shipping: within 1 to 3 business days via DHL.
Within 5 to 15 days depending on the country of destination. Please be aware of your country's customs policies, as customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment.
Where do you ship?
From our US online store we currently ship to the US and internationally to Ireland, The United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan. More International locations are coming soon.

What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 30 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. In order to return or exchange you should verify that the merchandise is unworn with labels and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to Incredible Socks.
If you ask for a refund you will receive the full amount for the goods (original shipping charges will not be refunded). We do not take responsibility for any goods lost during the return shipping.
What is your return policy for international orders?
Right now we are not able to return any goods purchased outside the United States. As such, any purchase of goods is final. We continuously review this policy, as it is important for us to know that our customers are entirely happy with their Incredible Socks products.
How do I set up a return or exchange?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and state your name, email, order number, which goods you wish to return.
Do you offer free shipping on returns?
At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels.
What materials do you use to make your socks?
Our socks are manufactured using premium quality bamboo. Bamboo is the softest and most durable material we could find for you. It’s also very eco-friendly and a natural deodorant. We also use a small percentage of spandex to provide elasticity and resistance.
How should I wash my socks?
We recommend washing your socks with cold water and no bleach to preserve colors and maintain size and shape. They will last longer if you keep them out of the dryer. Colors will stay truer if you wash your socks inside-out. Avoid bleaching or ironing your socks. Avoid tumble drying. To remove any label from your new socks do not rip it off as this will damage your socks. Please remove it by gently pulling out the thread on the label using your fingers

How do I choose the size for my socks?
- Large size: US 8-12 / EUR 41-46 / UK 7.5-11.5
- Medium size: US 4.5-7.5 / EUR 36-40 / UK 4-7
