Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing, shipping option or shipping address. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order if possible. Yes, absolutely. if you haven't received an order confirmation within two hours please email us and we'll get that sorted straight away.

Irish, Northern Irish and EU Delivery

For orders made within the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland the EU, Incredible Socks products will be shipped within 1-3 business days via An Post. Express shipping uses An Post and DPD.

Shipping to US

Standard shipping: within 2 to 5 business days depending on the city of destination via USPA. 

Express shipping: within 1 to 3 business days via DHL.

International Shipping

Within 5 to 15 days depending on the country of destination. Please be aware of your country's customs policies, as customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment.

From our Irish online store we curranty ship all over Ireland, The United Kingdom and Europe.

From our US online store we currently ship to the US and internationally to Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 30 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. In order to return or exchange you should verify that the merchandise is unworn with labels and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to Incredible Socks.

If you ask for a refund you will receive the full amount for the goods (original shipping charges will not be refunded). We do not take responsibility for any goods lost during the return shipping.

Right now we are not able to return any goods purchased outside the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, the EU, and the United States. As such, any purchase of goods is final. We continuously review this policy, as it is important for us to know that our customers are entirely happy with their Incredible Socks products.

At this time we are unable to offer free shipping on returns or provide shipping labels. 

Our socks are manufactured using premium quality bamboo. Bamboo is the softest and most durable material we could find for you. It’s also very eco-friendly and a natural deodorant. We also use a small percentage of spandex to provide elasticity and resistance.

We recommend washing your socks with cold water and no bleach to preserve colors and maintain size and shape. They will last longer if you keep them out of the dryer. Colors will stay truer if you wash your socks inside-out. Avoid bleaching or ironing your socks. Avoid tumble drying. To remove any label from your new socks do not rip it off as this will damage your socks. Please remove it by gently pulling out the thread on the label using your fingers

Our socks are all currently unisex. The sizing guide is based on men’s sizing:

• Large size: UK 7.5-11.5 / EUR 41-46 / US 8-12
• Medium size: UK 4-7 / EUR 36-40 US 4.5-7.5
