Shipping options
For orders within the US, Incredible Socks products will be shipped and delivered via USPS within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the city of destination. Express shipping also uses DHL (1 to 3 business days).
International shipping
International orders will be shipped via DHL International. Please be aware of your country's customs policies, as customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment.
Delivery time
Incredible Socks does not process or ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Orders will ship out same day if placed by 2pm PST. We supply a tracking number for all shipments, both domestic and international, so you can follow your order at the couriers' websites. If you experience delays please contact hello@IncredibleSocks.com and we can look into your order.
Shipping liability
All domestic and international orders will be issued with their order tracking number. incredible Socks is not liable for items lost, stolen or damaged in the mail and upon delivery of merchandise to the carrier, and you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges and fees incurred from customs clearance including any duties and additional taxes.
Return or Exchange
Return and Exchange policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied upon receiving your order, you have 30 days from the original transaction date to return it for an exchange or refund. In order to return or exchange you should verify that the merchandise is unworn with labels and packaging intact. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to Incredible Socks.
If you ask for a refund you will receive the full amount for the goods (original shipping charges will not be refunded). We do not take responsibility for any goods lost during the return shipping.
International Return and Exchange Policy
Right now we are not able to return any goods purchased outside the United States. As such, any purchase of goods is final. We continuously review this policy, as it is important for us to know that our customers are entirely happy with their Incredible Socks products.
Sales orders
All sale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptions may be upheld in special circumstances. Email hello@myincrediblesocks.com for more details.
How to Return or Exchange
Please email us at hello@myincrediblesocjs.com and state your name, email, order number, which goods you wish to return. We’d love to hear your feedback too (it helps us to make our socks better).
Processing time
If you have requested an exchange, we will process it as quickly as possible upon receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when processed. Refunds are also processed shortly after receipt.
